The international associates are, principally, volunteers who were involved in projects Azul Wasi project was being started. Hopefully this group will grow as time goes on.

Romina Schwind – Student, Cologne, Germany.
I am in Peru for 3 months studying Spanish in a Spanish School and working for 1 month in “Colibri”, then I have got one month to travel around Peru. I like sport, especially football and meeting up with my friends.

Christine Eifler – Nursery Nurse in Lohne-Weitmarschen, Germany.
I am in Peru for 3 months studying Spanish in a Spanish school and working for 6 weeks as a volunteer. In the mornings I work in the Clinic San Juan de Dios with disabled children and in the evenings I work at “Colibri”. I like hanging out with my friends and horse riding.

Azul Wasi plans to have a day (yet to be confirmed) when all the international associates each have a fundraising and awareness event, wherever they may be in the world. They will then use the money collected in a way in which will help the children in “Azul Wasi ”, for example, buying materials or food and then sending it out to the project.
